Boozy Bear Drink Recipes

Boozy Bear Saskatoon Hawketail is the most delicious ready-to-drink cocktail! Here are a few different ways to enjoy it this summer. 🍹

SPARKLING BOOZY BEAR
INGREDIENTS
- 3 oz Boozy Bear Hawketail
- 2 oz soda or sparkling water
- Ice cubes

Garnish Ideas (optional)
- Lime
- Berries
INSTRUCTIONS
- Add ice to glass and pour Boozy Bear over ice.
- Top with sparkling soda.
- Enjoy!
Notes: Mix using 2/3 Boozy Bear and 1/3 mix (or 3/4 Boozy Bear to 1/4 mix if you like it stronger).

BOOZY BEAR SANGRIA
INGREDIENTS
- 1 bottle white wine (sauvignon blanc, Pinot grigio, prosecco)
- 1/2 bottle Boozy Bear Hawketail
- 1/2 liter Sprite, ginger ale, or sparkling water, soda

Garnish Ideas (optional)
- Strawberries (fresh or frozen)
- Whole orange (sliced)
- Whole Lemon (sliced)
- Whole Lime (sliced)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Add wine and Boozy Bear to a pitcher (with optional fruit garnish), stir to combine. Refrigerate for an hour or more (optional).
- Top with sparkling soda.
- Pour over ice to serve.
Notes: For individual servings, pour wine & Boozy Bear over ice, top with sparkling soda, add garnish.

BOOZY BEAR MIMOSA
INGREDIENTS
- Champagne or prosecco (sparkling wine)
- Boozy Bear Hawketail
- Orange juice and/or pineapple juice
- Ice (optional)

Garnish Ideas (optional)
- Strawberries (fresh or frozen)
- Orange slices
INSTRUCTIONS
- Add ice to champagne glass, fill 1/3 full with Boozy Bear Hawketail.
- Fill to 2/3 full with orange juice or pineapple juice (or a little of both).
- Top with champagne (or sparkling wine).
- Give it a gentle stir and add garnish, if you're fancy.
Notes: Use equal parts Champagne, Boozy Bear, and juice - adjust to your preference.

GINGER BOOZY BEAR
INGREDIENTS
- 3 oz Boozy Bear Hawketail
- 2 oz Ginger Ale
- Ice (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Add ice to glass and pour Boozy Bear over ice.
- Top with Ginger Ale.
- Enjoy!
Notes: Mix using 2/3 Boozy Bear and 1/3 mix (or 3/4 Boozy Bear to 1/4 mix if you like it stronger).

BOOZY BEAR COCKTAIL Honey Bears
INGREDIENTS
- 2 T granulated sugar
- 1 lemon, zested, plus more for serving
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 T blueberry preserves or fruit spread (such as Bonne Maman)
- 2 oz Boozy Bear vodka
- 7 oz lemon-flavored soda water

Boozy Bear gummy bears, for garnish (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Leave about 1 teaspoon of honey in the bottom of the honey bear or highball glass. Add 1 tablespoon hot water and shake/stir until honey dissolves.
- In a small shallow bowl, combine sugar and lemon zest. Cut a wedge from zested lemon. Rub wedge around opening of honey jar/glass. Coat rim in sugar mixture.
- Add blueberry preserves and Boozy Bear vodka and gently stir to combine. Top with soda water.
- Garnish with gummy bears (if using) and serve.
